Our items are designed and made with EPS (polystyrene) model, so each size is according to the customer\u2019s description. We also have wooden models of cube and square tops available for standard production. Our. technical office is at vs. provision for the study, the creation of the model, the FEM load and resistance test. The material used for the casting is GG30 cast iron, hardness HB 170\/210, free from blowholes and porosity, a material that absorbs vibrations very well and which allows, after a slow cooling cycle in the flask, to obtain excellent distension and consequently to eliminate internal tensions ensuring dimensional stability over time. The machining, as regards the surfaces, is carried out with DIN 876\/III-II tolerances.
The T-slots are made with tolerances according to DIN H7\/H8\/H12 tables<\/p>\n
As regards the perpendicularities, our. standard tolerances are: 0.02 per 300 mm.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013 PIECE HOLDER SQUARES<\/strong>: made in traditional versions \u2013 PIECE HOLDER CUBES<\/strong>: made in different versions, ranging from one side with T-slots, up to 5 sides; the use of these pieces is varied, from Gantry type milling machines or positioned on revolving tables with various sides for clamping pieces.<\/p>\n \u2013 LINEAR PIECE HOLDER:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>designed to support and clamp pieces of considerable length and weight.<\/p>\n \u2013 MATCHING AND STAMPING PLATES<\/strong>: these planes are built with or without T-slots, depending on their use.<\/p>\n \u2013 CONTROL PLANS:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>used for checking and testing pieces.<\/p>\n \u2013 CLAMPING PLANS:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>used as work islands, testing of motor pumps, work surface for boring machine with mobile column.<\/p>\n \u2013 OVERTABLES:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>they are requested to solve existing machine tool work surface height problems and various intended uses.<\/p>\n \u2013 TABLES:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>built round, square, rectangular of any size and weight.<\/p>\n \u2013 SHOULDERS AND CUBES:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>designed both in the solid or lightened version, used above all for work centres.
