Squares

Made from G30 pearlitic cast iron with hardness values between 190 and 220 HB (Technical data sheet G30). All machining in relation to flatness is performed in accordance with DIN 876. The size of the T-slots may be 10 - 12 - 14 - 16 - 18 - 22 - 28 - 36 - 42 mm. H12 - H7 in compliance with DIN 650 (Flatness table - T-slots table).

▼ More information

The squares may be manufactured with:

  • Diagonal ribs: suitable for machines performing medium to light machining work (See IMG 1)
  • Boxed ribs: suitable for medium to heavy machining work. Upper part with cap to allow for the assembly of another square, thus increasing the height.
They guarantee rigidity and stability, preventing vibration whilst medium to large pieces are being machined (See IMG 2)
  • Modular - boxed ribs: suitable for medium to heavy machining work. This structure enables considerable heights to be reached and given their composition, more squares will be available to use for further work (See IMG 3).

Piece Holder Cubes
